After a long day of meetings, following zero sleep, all went well. And we enjoyed a gorgeous walk/bike ride around Paris.

This past weekend we ventured to the Midwest to take in a little quality time with the old roomie.

And good timing too - I’d been having a Haverly hankering. Between the drinks, vegetarian food and flash frozen ice cream it was a good time. I tried not to dwell on the fact that we didnt have pizza (shameful) and only posed outaide the field museum since they were sold out.

We’ll have to be back soon.

While we were in Chicago last weekend, Thom posed for his future album cover. I’d buy it.

A quick trip to Paris for work this week. Just enough time to taste some crepes.

I love when Dan travels…

It seems like a distant memory now, but a few weeks ago we were sunning ourselves on the Big Island of Hawaii. And the fact that the trip was entirely free - thanks to Thom being rewarded for his hard work - made the pina coladas taste even better!

We did plenty of relaxing and enjoyed the spa.

Of course we didn’t get away from reality totally.

We took an ATV tour of the island. Yeah, me. And it was AWESOME.

Thom’s coworker, Duncan, and his friend joined us on the ATVs.

We took a dip in the chilly waterfall.

Some of us who weren’t total dorks enjoyed snorkeling.

We saw some whales…

Fed the trigger fish.

And Thom swam to shore.

Ah, I miss the sunshine already.

We’ve been getting some much needed Vitamin D on the Big Island.
